Room was cheap but no toaster or microwave in the room. No kitchen facility and room was on 4th floor when only one elevator was working and there is no sound or display in elevator that you know which floor you stopped. Lot of guest keep come out on wrong floor because of this. I dont recommend if you are traveling with children.

Absolutely stunning property! The concierge helped us plan activities that were incredible! HIGHLY recommend the Koala experience, the Ultimate Penfold's Experience, and the RM Williams Experience (was unexpectedly AWESOME!!). Food was outstanding and the staff was super friendly. Wine selection was exceptional as well.

Quick and easy check in. Modern hotel with a very large room (king with lake view). Only parking option is valet so be prepared to pay for valet upon arrival. Within easy walking distance to more restaurants than you can visit. Disappointed that there wasn't a pool.
Didn't like that price for breakfast went up if we didn't commit at check in. The price should be the same for guests regardless of when you decide to have it. Overall, a good experience
